Happy Holidays and Happy New year. I am so behind but better late than never. My dearies,I have been sitting on this perch of privity in contracts for what seems like ages now. Why so many exceptions to the rules and exceptons to the exceptions. Contract law is definitely not for me.
I think it's time to check in with other esteemed bloggers, who I know have not been so neglectful, to get an update on the legal solar system.
